Olá!
Sou usuária do plano gratuito e meu formulário continua exibindo a mensagem “You’ve run out of upload quota”, mesmo após eu:
- Esvaziar a lixeira de todas as submissões
- Estar usando apenas 69,3 MB dos 100 MB disponíveis
- Fazer logout/login e editar o formulário
Já revisei tudo, e o espaço foi liberado, mas o erro persiste. Podem forçar a atualização do meu formulário, por favor?

Agora estou usando apenas 30mb de 100 e mesmo assim não libera espaço

Now, coming back to your question, I checked your account and can confirmed that your current Upload Limit is 30.58 MB / 100.00 MB which is indeed not exceeding the limit. I have also cloned and tested one of your form and I was able to access it without getting any error messages. Checkout the screencast below to see my results:
I went ahead and cleared the form cache to see if it helps in resolving the issue. You can also clear the form cache on your end, although Clearing Your Form Caches isn't done automatically, it's easy to do it manually. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the dropdown menu, click on Settings.
3. In the Settings menu, click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.
