Hi Marlene,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portugeuse, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I've checked your account, and it appears that the following forms have multiple uploads:
To free up your upload space, you need to purge the submissions or delete them permanently. Let me show you how to do this:
- After deleting the submissions, in Tables, click on the Three Dots icon beside your form name on the upper left side of the page.
- Select Trashed entries.
- In the Trash panel, tick on Select All and click on Delete Forever.
- From the modal, click on the Delete button
After this, I suggest clearing your form caches to refresh your forms. Let's do it:
- On your My Forms page, hover over your Avatar/Profile in the upper right corner of the page.
- Select Settings from the dropdown.
- From your account page, select Settings from the left side window.
- Click on the Clear Cache button from Form Caches.
Reach out again if you need any more help.
