Bonjour,
J'ai quelques formulaires en court d'utilisation pour l'inscription à des évènements. Le tout fonctionne bien, mais mes clients ne reçoivent pas d'email de confirmation à la fin. J'en reçoit un quand j'envoie un mail de test, mais quand je fais un vrai test sur mon site web, je ne reçois en effet rien dans ma boîte personnelle.
J'ai maintenant plusieurs clients qui nous contactent pour savoir si leur inscription a bien fonctionné, il ne s'agit donc pas de cas isolés.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our French support is not available at the moment. Kindly allow us to assist you in English. I've checked our Email Logs and I can see that the Notification Email has been successfully sent to your email address.
Since we can see that they are being sent, but not received on your company emails, my suspicion right now is that they're getting filtered out at some point. As they are being sent from a generic email, such as noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com.
We use 3rd party email services for processing emails and in some cases, their reputation score may be affected due to spam reports, which leads to emails being filtered by some email providers. Our engineers are constantly working on keeping good reputation rates, but it is not possible to cover email delivery as 100% for generic senders.
I suggest contacting your IT department or your email service provider and request them to whitelist all of Jotform's Domains that are listed here. You may also want to use an SMTP Sender which is proven to be the most reliable way to prevent filtering issues.
