Is it possible to edit how a PDF is generated from a form ?

Hi,

We have a form that contains hidden fields (used as validation and used for randomization) but those fields appears in the PDF that's been generated upon the form submit.

Also we would like the PDF file to have a different formatting (eg. hide more fields only upon submit - Place fields differently).

Basically, is it possible to create a PDF template that a specific form would use to generate it's PDF file based on the template ?
