Now, coming back to your question, are you trying to reset the password on your account? I checked our email log and can see that the password reset email was sent to your email address:

Can you check if emails from Jotform are getting blocked at your end? You can check with your IT team. You can also ask your IT team to whitelist Jotform IPs and domains.
After that try resetting the password once more and let us know how it goes.
