J'ai remplis deux formulaires sur mon téléphone et ils ne sont pas dans la boite de réception.
Comment retrouver l'information sur mon cellulaire?
Pourtant j'ai bien eu le message de confirmation à la fin comme quoi l'information était bien sauvegardée.Même sur mon cellulaire je n'y vois pas l'information collectée?

Can you please let us know, did you submit a form using Jotform App, or did you use a browser? Is this problem happening with all your submissions? Did you submit these forms while you were offline? If you used the app, please try to manually sync all the data from the app settings.

I filled two forms in an area where the LTE signal is weak.
The forms did not show up in the back end. Neither they were saved on my phone ?
Jotfform is suppose to work off-line?
I had the confirmation on my phone that the form was sent. ?

Greetings.
Yes, Jotform does offer the option to submit the forms while offline, however, this will work only if your device is not connected to the internet at all. If there is even a weak signal, the App will try to sync the data online.
Can you please let us know the name of the form where your submissions were not properly saved so we could check it additionally? Did you receive any email confirmation after you submitted the form?

The form ne is "Formulaire Call back"
I filled the form and got the confirmation on my phone. But, no I never got the confirmation email after.

Hi,
Have you tried syncing the data while your phone is connected to high-speed wifi? Mobile data could be a bit slower.
