Contract with bed24 and prefilling forms.

    Hi i know that we can make contracts and use it with our clients. I would like to know how to import the information of my client in Bed24 to fill up automaticly the contracts with the direction, check in, check out day, price, caution payements, and all the other thinks that i need to importe directly to the contract.

    What kind of form fields were you looking to add?

    Yes, when we write some text we can use Formfield (to make them autofill) So i was wondering if we can creat more formfield and if all the preformfield are already updating with the URL code for exempler: Booking reference, city, price, etc... or do we have to add them one at the time in the URL. Hope that is more clear. thank you

    Hi,

    Thank you for the further details.

    I can see that you want to add the prefilled information to a Paragraph field. You can add any of the fields on the form to the Paragraph fields by choosing them from the "Form Fields" option.
    When the field on the form is filled, it will show the value in the Paragraph.
    You can use all form fields that appear in the Form Fields list.

    To prefill the form from bed24, unfortunately, we do not have a direct integration to pull the information from there.
    However, if you can for example download your data as an Excel file from bed24, you can import the data to Jotform Tables, and then create a Prefilled URL from the Tables.
    You can create separate Prefilled URLs for each client, and prefill all the fields per client.
