Comment récupérer un formulaire rempli qui n'a pas été enregistré

Bonjour,

Nos employés doivent remplir un sondage où nous avons mis la fonction d'enregistrer et finir plus tard. Malheureusement, certains de nos employés ont éprouvés un problème où ils n'étaient pas capable d'enregistrer leur sondage et maintenant, ils ne sont pas capables de le retrouver.

Il n'est pas non plus dans nos sondages finis, ni dans les soumissions incomplètes. Y a-t-il d'autres façons de les récupérer ou doivent ils recommencer le sondage au complet ?

Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, I understand that some of your users were unable to save a draft of their form. Unfortunately, if the form has not been saved properly, which is clicking the Save button on the form, it will not be registered on the system and it will be considered lost. We can't retrieve a filled-out form but was not saved or submitted.
