L'importation ne fonctionne pas

    Bonjour nous sommes en France en pleine heur de fréquentation ou je m'apprête à synthétisé mon travail pour finaliser les services que je propose. Mais, impossible ce matin de d'importer les données , il me reste 20 minutes et je n'ai plus le temps de le faire manuscritement... Impossible de déclencher le "chat" ou il est ? les Français responsables pareil, on les a jamais vu..! Je suis pas très heureux. Merci pour la suite

Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    The chat feature will be available on the lower right of the screen while logged in. However, this will only appear depending on the availability of our chat agents. As for your questions, can you explain a bit more about the issue, so I can get a better idea of what's happening? For example, what are you trying to do exactly, and what are the error messages showing when you attempt to do it? If you can try it again using another browser, that may also help.
