Comment extraire les valeurs du champ Adresse ?

Je vous contacte aujourd'hui pour de vous de mander de l'aide afin d'utiliser les valeurs d'un champs Adresse dans l'url de remerciement.

Le formulaire en question est le suivant : https://form.jotform.com/232534381043348

J'ai essayé '{valeur_adresse[1]}' mais le problème est que la sous-etiquette accompagne la valeur entrée.
