Now, let me help you with your question. Do you want to upload a PDF document to the form to be viewed? If so, you can do that by adding a PDF Embedder widget. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element button.

2. Click on the Widgets tab and search for PDF Embedder and add it on the form.
