    Good morning,

I am contacting you for two reasons:

    • Contract: I would like to be able to integrate a contract in Word format into Jotform in which I can integrate pre-filled templates, so that the client only has to sign the document.

Inventory: Similarly, I would like to integrate (or create) my inventory in Jotform in order to be able to fill it out quickly and above all have it signed at the end of the inventory.
    Is there a template?

    • Thank you for your help

    Hi cloverguyanehabitat,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our French Support agents are currently busy helping other Jotform users. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, remember that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

About integrating your contract, you can turn your Word documents into signable documents. Let me show you how:

    1. Login to your account and click the dropdown arrow beside My Forms.

    2. Click on My Sign Documents.

    3. Under My Sign Documents, click on Create Sign Document.

    5. Click on Upload Document.

    6. Once the document is uploaded, you will be in Sign Builder to edit it. Take a look at the screenshot below:

As for your other question, I've moved that to a new thread. You can check that out here.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
