Now, coming back to your question, we have a Get Form Page URL Widget, where you can get the URL of the webpage to where the user exactly opens and accesses the form. Let me show you how to add this widget to your form:

1. In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element + and click on the Widgets tab in the left panel.
2. Finally, search and drag the Get Form Page URL widget to your form.
   
   
   

Another feature that we have is Jotform Analytics. You can go to the Form Analytics page to see the number of views and submissions received, as well as the IP address, country, and device type used, which can help you figure out where the form views are coming from.
