    Salut, j'espère que vous allez bien et merci pour cette magnifique application.

    Je n'arrive pas à previsualiser mon formulaire car le lien ne marche pas. À quoi cela est il dû ?

Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question. I have cleared form cache to refresh your form. Furthermore, I suggest doing the following to see if this will make a difference:

    • Try other devices, like a laptop or desktop computer.
    • Use the Incognito Mode of Chrome or other browsers (i.e., Firefox, Edge) available on your end.
    • Try other browsers available on your end.
    • Clear your browser's cache and cookies. Once you are done, close your current browser session and log in to your account on a fresh browser session.

    Can you go ahead and try it again and let us know how it goes? If the same thing happens again, we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.
