Liste de saisie : pas d'options Autre

Bonjour,

Je suis en train de tester votre application de formulaire avant de décider si je dois passer à une option payante.

En premier lieu, j'ai été très agréablement séduit par les possibilités offertes par votre outil.

Ensuite, j'ai été très surpris et déçu de constater qu'il n'est pas possible d'ajouter une option "Autre" dans une liste de saisie.

Pouvez-vous me confirmer que c'est bien impossible de faire ça ?

Cette restriction est très étonnante, car avoir la possibilité d'ajouter une option "Autre" dans une liste de saisie est quelque chose de très basique dans un formulaire.

C'est étonnant que nous n'ayez pas mis en place cette possibilité.

Cela rend votre outil très limité pour quelque chose de très basique que sont capables de faire les autres solutions de formulaire.

Avez-vous l'intention d'ajouter cette fonctionnalité dans une future version ?

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

As for your question, You can easily add an other option in your input list and have the submitter specify it. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the single-choice field element that you want to edit.
2. Click on properties, then choose options.
3. Scroll down and look for display other option, turn on Display other option.
4. Customize the text based on your preference.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

I was talking about dropdown list element.

It seems there is no Display other feature for this element.

It's a pity you didn't think of adding this basic functionality to an element that's used a lot in forms.

While the feature of including an Other option to the dropdown fields that you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know. 

In the meantime, would you like to try the User Contributed Dropdown widget? The widget would allow form users to add an option to the dropdown list. I created a Demo Form here so you can test it first. Check out the screencast below to see how it works:

The option added by a form user will be available to the next form user to select regardless if the form is submitted or not.
