*Disclaimer and Rules forLetitias's Adventure Tours, Excursion*
*Participation Risks*: Upon purchasing any tour / excursion you purchase from: Letitia's Adventure Tours you acknowledge and understand any risks associated with the activities, including but not limited to physical injury, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances. All the purchaser of these said excursions participate at your own risk and hold harmless Letitia's Adventure Tours, its staff, contractors and affiliates.
*Rules and Responsibilities
1. *Physical Condition*: All excursion participants agree the you are physically fit and able to participate in the excursion.
2. *Safety Guidelines*: uou, as the purchaser, agree to follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by Letitia's Adventure Tours staff, and contracted guides.
3. *Respect Environment*: you, as the purchaser agree to respect the environment, local communities, and wildlife during the excursion.
4. *Emergency Procedures*: all purchasers of said excursions agree to follow emergency procedures and instructions in case of an emergency.
5. *Payment and Cancellation*: There are no refunds for cancellations made after June 1st, 2025.
6. *External Factors*: Letitia's Adventure Tours is not responsible for any cancellations or changes to excursions due to external factors, including but not limited to:
- Changes in cruise itineraries, destinations, or ports by Royal Caribbean Cruise Line or other cruise operators.
- Inclement weather or natural disasters.
- Other unforeseen circumstances beyond Letitia's Adventure Tours' control.
7. *Insurance Claims*: In the event of cancellations or disruptions, you may make a claim to your individual travel insurance company, if applicable.
8. *Punctuality and Transportation*: Letitia's Adventure Tours is not responsible for individuals who are late or get lost and miss the excursion or return transportation. Participants are expected to arrive on time and follow the group's itinerary.
*Assumption of Risk*: upon purchasing any or all excursions you, the purchaser, acknowledge that you are required to: read, understand, and agree to the disclaimer and outline listed above.
