Module B04 – Children

This module helps your lawyer understand the children involved in your separation — whether they’re from your current relationship, a previous one, or your partner’s prior relationship. It’s divided into three sections, each with a different purpose:

• Children from your current relationship – to assess parenting responsibilities, living arrangements, and care needs.
• Your children from a previous relationship – to understand your broader family obligations and household situation.
• Your partner’s children from a previous relationship – to record any role you’ve played in their upbringing.

Accurately completing this form gives your lawyer the full picture, helping to protect the children’s best interests and reduce delays in your case.
