milagrosfelizI am experiencing an issue where my form is unavailable. When I go to Forms and click on it, nothing happens. I also checked the Trash section and saw a message stating that deleted forms and their submissions will be permanently deleted after 30 days, but I never clicked Trash. I am concerned because I paid for this service and I am worried I have lost all my confirmations and my work. When I try to access the form link (https://form.jotform.com/260887845124870), it shows the message "This form is currently unavailable!" Many guests are calling me saying they cannot confirm. I would like the support team to conduct a deeper investigation into this issue. -

Thanks for using Jotform. I’ve checked your form, and it currently appears to be active on our end. I was able to load it successfully, and it did not display the form unavailable message during my test. Here's a screenshot of my result:
Typically, this type of error may appear if the form has been manually disabled in the Form Settings, or the form was temporarily disabled by our system due to a potential violation of our Terms of Use. You can enable your form in a few simple steps. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings
- Then, in Form Settings, under the Form Status section, click on Disabled.
- Next, in the window that opens, click on Disabled and select Enable.
- Now, click on Save. That’s it. You’re done.
