CRM Synergy Apps - Agendar Cita - Jotform Form Builder
en este formulario fui a integraciones
clickee en whatsapp
ingrese mi número de whatsapp
y cree una cita
llego al whatsapp perfecto... pero en INGLES
Necesito que sea en español ¿como resuelvo esto?
como veran el form está en español, inclusive el calendario en modo "crear"
solo que cuando el form se envia para completar el calendario da la fecha en ingles
aqui pueden verlo: CRM Synergy Apps - Agendar Cita
No se si sea esto que no permite que el mensaje de Whatsapp llegue en español
Aguardo sus comentarios ya que todo en mi cuenta debe estar en español y así esta configurado en el panel

Hi Gustavo,
Based on what you’ve shown, the WhatsApp message being sent, specifically the appointment date and time, is being formatted in English, even though your form is fully configured in Spanish. This happens because Jotform’s WhatsApp integration currently does not automatically localize dynamic content such as appointment dates based on the account or form language settings. The default formatting remains in English.
If you’re using an external platform like Twilio, Wati, or Zoko to handle WhatsApp messages, you may be able to reformat the date server-side before the message is sent. Also, if you'd like we can also try so submit a feature request on this to our developers but as to when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we'll circle back to this thread and let you know.

While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers.
