Buenos días;
Tengo un aviso de que estamos llegando al límite de espacio;
Me gustaría saber cómo poder liberar espacio ya que, hace una semanas borramos un volumen importante de mensajes en "inbox" para ello pero no ha surtido efecto en el porcentaje ocupado.
¿Existe alguna forma en concreto?

Now, coming back to your question, I checked your account, and it appears that you now have 76.72 GB of files uploaded. You still have multiple submissions from some of your forms with a File Upload field, like the RECOGIDAS CASA DE CLIENTE, Incidencia Clientes BigSofass, and Tickets incidencia Digital forms.
To free up the space, you need to delete the submissions and purge them or delete them permanently. But you can also download the submissions first if you want to keep a copy of them. Let me show you how to do this:
- In Tables, tick on the box on the upper left side of the page to select all the submissions.
- Next, click on the Download All button on the upper right side of the page and select your preferred file.
To learn more, you can check out our guide on How to Download Form Submission. Now, let me show you how to Delete and purge your submissions:
- In Tables, tick on the box on the upper left side of the page and click on Delete on the upper right side of the page.
- Next, from the modal, click on Move to Trash.
- Then, on the upper left side of the page, click on the Three Dots icon next to the form's name and select Trashed entries.
- In the Trash panel on the right, tick on Select All and click on Delete Forever.
- From the modal, click on Delete
After this, I suggest Clearing your form caches to refresh your forms. Let's do this:
1. On your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the dropdown menu, click on Settings.
3. In the Settings menu, click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.
