    Hi Castellani,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, you can import data to an existing Google Sheet using our Google Sheets Integration. Let me show you how to set that up. First, let's connect your Google account to the form:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. In the menu on the left, click on Integrations and select the Google Sheets integration.
    3. Now, select Use an Existing Spreadsheet and click on Next.
    4. Then, click on Authenticate and connect your Google account.

    1. Once you connect your Google account, click on Add Action.
    2. In the Select a Spreadsheet section, click on Select, and
    3. Select your Google Spreadsheet in the window that opens and click on Select.
    4. Scroll down, make sure Send Existing Submissions to the Sheet option is selected and click the on Save button at the bottom right of the settings. That’s it.

Any new submissions to your form will also update your Google Spreadsheet automatically. Check out the screencast below to see how it'll work:

Buen día, comprendo lo que me indican, el problema es el siguiente. Yo ya tenía corriendouna integración con una hoja de Google. La elimine y cree otra. Pero ahora me gustaría volver a integrar con la hoja que usaba anteriormente, pero si o si me crea una nueva hoja en el libro de Google Sheet ¿Me doy a entender?

    Hi Castellani,

In Jotform, once you remove a Google Sheets integration, reconnecting it will always generate a new sheet. Unfortunately, the platform does not allow you to reattach the form directly to the same sheet you were using before.

If you’d like your submissions to continue flowing into your original sheet, the best workaround is to reintegrate with Google Sheets, which will create a new sheet, and then either copy the active tab from the new sheet into your old sheet or use Google Sheets’ IMPORTRANGE function. This function lets you automatically pull live data from the new integrated sheet into your original sheet.

In short, while Jotform cannot link the form back to your old sheet, you can still keep that sheet updated by syncing the new integration’s data into it through Google Sheets features.
