TENGO 2 PLANES GOLD CON USTEDES....

QUIERO SABER EXACTAMENTE COMO PUEDO VER CUANTOS FORMULARIOS ME QUEDAN DISPONIBLES!!!!!!

LA INFORMACION QUE VEO EN LA PÁGINA ES UNA, LA QUE ME DA SU "GRAN" ASISTENTE VIRTUAL ES OTRA.

NECESITO INFORMACION CLARA Y SI CANAL DE SOPORTE TIENE 24 HORAS SIN ATENDERME.

Gracias por contactar al servicio de Soporte de Jotform. Su suscripción le permite crear hasta 100 formularios, ahora mismo tiene dos formularios activos, lo que significa que puede crear 98 formularios más. Puedes verificar fácilmente esta información de tu cuenta en Jotform. Déjame mostrarte cómo:

1. En tu página de Mi espacio de trabajo, haz clic en tu Avatar o Imagen de Perfil en la parte superior derecha de la página, y luego haz clic en Ajustes.

2. Ve a la sección Consumo en el menú de la izquierda y, podrás ver tu consumo mensual y consumo total.

Now, coming back to your question, you can visit your Account Usage page, where you will see detailed information about your monthly usage and limits. On this page, you will find the total number of submissions you have used this month and how many remain from your 10,000 monthly quota.

Keep in mind that deleting submissions will not free up your monthly submission count. If you reach your limit, you can either wait for the monthly reset or upgrade your plan to increase your limits. You can also visit this guide here on Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits.
