Salve,
ho creato un workflow di approvazione su Jotform e ho correttamente aggiunto gli indirizzi email degli approvatori. Tuttavia, gli approvatori non riescono a visualizzare le richieste né all'interno di Jotform Tables né nella sezione Posta in arrivo (Inbox) su Jotform, e quindi non hanno modo di approvare gli invii.
Vorrei sapere come posso risolvere questo problema.
Per completezza, segnalo che sto utilizzando il piano Bronze.

Now, let me help you with your question. I've reviewed your workflow associated with this form and I found you have configured everything correctly and also confirmed that the Jotform account associated with the approver's email IDs are active and in good health, so the approver should be able to see the request in their Jotform Inbox. But in case if they are not getting the details in their inbox we'll have to access their Jotform account and do the further investigation, so I would recommend you to ask the approver to reach out to us if they don't have the approval details.
