Actualizar mi espacio de carga

    Hola no puedo liberar espacio en la cuenta, ya he intentado de todo, vaciar la papelera y todos los registros pero igual sigue ocupando casi la mitad del almacenamiento, gracias

    Now, coming back to your question, it looks like all of your forms are working correctly at the moment. Since you have emptied the trash and purged all submission records it has already emptied your Upload Space. The system may not have refreshed at the time that you checked this but it seems to be showing correct numbers now. Please check your account details again to ensure it is now showing the correct limit.

    Hi airbnbcorazondeleje,

    I’ve recalculated your upload space usage, and as of now, you’re using approximately 861.46 KB out of the 100 MB allocated under your Starter plan. Note that you're still nearing the limit of your upload space, so make sure the trash folder is also emptied. Deleted submissions with file uploads continue to count against your quota until permanently removed from the trash. You can easily delete your trashed submissions in Jotform Tables. Let me show you how:

    1. In Jotform Tables, click on the Three Dots icon next to your form title in the tabs.
    2. In the dropdown menu, click on Trashed Entries to open the Trash menu.
    3. Then, in the Trash menu on the right, click on the Checkboxes to select the submissions you want to purge. To select all, click on the Select All button.
    4. Now, click on Delete Forever, and in the warning window, click on the Delete button to confirm.
