Customize attached PDF to be sent to client

What has to be changed that the test answers are not sent to the client but just his personal result (having his name as pdf title)

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you want only the client’s personal result to be sent to your client and not the full set of test answers, you go can go to the Jotform's PDF Editor, and add or edit form fields in the PDF files used for submissions. Any changes you make will be applied directly to the downloadable files. Let me show you how:

1. In PDF Editor, click on the Add Element menu on the left side of the page.
2. Under the Form Fields tab, click on an element that you want to add.
3. Then, select the field you added and click on the Gear icon.
4. In the menu on the right, customize your field as you want.
