Adding a Logo to a Card Form
Adding a logo to your Card form helps personalize your form and create a more professional and branded experience for your respondents. Here’s a quick how-to:
- In Form Builder, below the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Add Welcome Page.
- Then, click on the Welcome page that opens, click on the existing logo.
- Next, in the Welcome Image Properties window that opens on the right side of the page, under the Upload Image tab, click on Remove Image.
- Now, add a logo using these options:
- Upload — Add a logo image directly from your device by selecting the file you want to use.
- My Image — Choose from images you’ve previously uploaded to Jotform. You can also manage or delete saved images here anytime.
- Enter URL — Use an image from the web by pasting its direct image link or URL.
- Once done, set up the Logo Alt Text option to add descriptive text for your logo image, helping improve accessibility for users who use screen readers and providing context if the image doesn’t load properly.
If you’d like to use an icon instead of an image for your Card Form logo, simply open the Select Icon tab and choose the icon you want to use.

HEy I'm having trouble uploading my own logo. It uploads very very small. Is there certain dimensions it should be so it fills out this space perfectly? I've tried raising the width and height and it still doesnt fill the shape correctly if that makes any sense and still is small. thanks so much

I have a pdf file and an AI file for my logo. I get the message that the file type is unsupported when I try to drag and drop either of them in the upload box. I have not run into this problem with a logo before. Please advise what file types are supported.
