Can you please add a test function that can be used to test changes on a form without it being submitted external email accounts - and also doesn't count towards total form submissions on the account? We use a form that emails us AND the submitter of the form which is always the same, and is set up in the form so they don't have to enter it. I sometimes make little changes I need to test or am, for example, trying to integrate with integromat/make to send the details to Monday.com. I need to test the integration by submitting a mock form, which means that every time I need to test it, I have to turn off emails to the submitter, run a test, and then remember to turn the emails back on again, so they receive them for anything they submit.

Hello Michelle,
Thanks for reaching out with a feature request. At the moment the test function available is the preview mode in the form builder. However, any submission made is still counted against your Quota. To resolve this, you'll permanently delete the submission data from your form's table and check with us so we can recalculate your account's allowance. You may also consider upgrading your account through Jotform's Pricing website.
In the meantime, I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developer Team. When or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

That's not a "test function." That's a workaround that requires me to stuff about disabling email notifications and re-enabling or it sends the test message to my client.
Pretty reluctant to pay for a product that is missing key elements. -

Hello Michelle,
I totally understand the importance of the test feature. This feature request has been submitted to our developers. We are unable to provide an ETA or a guarantee that this will be implemented; however, we will notify you immediately on this thread once we received an update.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.

Hi Youl_Michelle,
We are excited to announce that you can now disable and enable both your Notification emails and Autoresponder emails without needing to recreate them. And it’s really easy to do. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top.
- Select Emails from the left panel.
- Hover over the email you want to change and click on the Three Dots icon.
- Choose Disable to turn it off, or Enable to reactivate it.
That’s it. Reach out again if there’s anything else we can do for you.
