I need help changing the email address connected to my account.
My account is currently under my old business email: info@shellscakeart.com
I have recently rebranded my business and moved to a new domain/email. The old email was hosted through Google Workspace, which has now been cancelled, so I can no longer receive the verification code.
I am currently logged into my Jotform account and have access to my forms/settings.
Could you please help me update my account email address to my new business email?

Since you no longer have access to your old email and can’t receive the verification code, this change needs to go through our account recovery process so our team can securely update the login email for you.
Please do the following:
- Go to this guide: Recover Your Jotform Account.
- On that page, scroll to the form at the bottom.
- Fill out the form with:
- Your current Jotform login email: info@shellscakeart.com
- Your new email you want on the account: info@sweetconfettistudio.com.au
- A short note that you’re logged in but can’t receive codes because the old Google Workspace email was cancelled.
- Submit the form so our dedicated team can verify ownership and update the account email for you.
Once that’s done, you can then also update any form Notification Email recipients to your new address if needed. If you’d like, I can walk you through updating the notification recipients on specific forms too.
