    It sounds like you signed up for a paid Jotform plan by mistake and would like to cancel it. Let me walk you through how to cancel your Jotform subscription and return to the Free plan:

    Cancel your Jotform subscription from your account

    1. Go to your Billing page while logged in to your Jotform account, then click on Change Plan.

    2. Select the Starter (Free) plan.
    3. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the downgrade.

    After you complete these steps, your account will stay on your current paid plan until the end of the billing period you already paid for. After that date, it will automatically downgrade to the Starter (Free) plan and you will no longer be billed.

    If you purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play

    If you subscribed via the Jotform Mobile App instead of the web:
