I have not signed up for this and want emails to stop coming to my email address.

You can stop Jotform emails by unsubscribing from newsletters and promotions in your account settings.

Here’s how to do it:

• Click your Profile Picture/Avatar at the top-right of any Jotform page (when logged in).
• Click Settings from the menu.
• In the Settings page, scroll to the Subscriptions section.
• Uncheck any items you don’t want to receive, such as:
  • Monthly Newsletters
  • Educational Emails
  • Jotform Promotions
  • Inspirational Articles
• If you prefer, you can disable everything at once by turning off Turn off all Jotform emails.

I understand you did not sign up and you just want these emails to stop.

Let me help you with that:

If the emails you are getting are Jotform newsletters or promotions, you can unsubscribe so they stop coming to your address:

1. Click on your Profile Picture at the top-right side of any Jotform page (if you ever logged in with that email) and select Settings.
2. Go to the Subscriptions section.
3. Uncheck all items you do not want to receive, such as Monthly Newsletters, Educational Emails, Jotform Promotions, and Inspirational Articles, or turn off all Jotform emails if that option is available.

If you are receiving these messages but do not have a Jotform account under that email, or you are getting emails because you filled out someone else’s form, the easiest way is usually to click the Unsubscribe or similar link at the bottom of one of those emails so they stop.

If you are comfortable sharing it, please reply with the exact email address that is receiving these messages and whether you see an Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email, so we can better understand what type of email it is and how to stop it for you.
