chuchoenvwe are one limit and not because we have submitted too many forms intentionally, but because some glitch in the app made some forms - specifically pre-trip vehicle inspections and t=travel check in forms, send multiples of the same form in minutes. please help.

Podo: Support SpecialistHi Chu,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
From your description and the screenshot, it looks like your Bronze account has exceeded the monthly submission limit (2,055 of 1,000), mainly because your Pre-Trip Vehicle Inspection and Travel & Check-In forms received many submissions within minutes.
Let me help you with that:
First, just to clarify how limits work:
- Monthly submission limit counts every successful submission received by any of your forms during the month, even if they are duplicates or were triggered unintentionally.
- Deleting submissions does not reset the monthly submission counter; it only affects your upload space, not the monthly quota.
Because of this, once the account passes the monthly submission limit (like your 2,055 / 1,000), the account will stay over limit until:
- The monthly counter resets on your account’s reset date, or
- The account is moved to a plan with a higher monthly submission limit.
To prevent this kind of issue from happening again with those specific forms, you can add protections against repeated submissions in a short time window. Here’s how to do that using a Unique Field so the same person cannot submit multiple times with the same value:
Set a Unique Field to prevent duplicate submissions
- Open your form in Form Builder.
- Click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top.
- Click on Show More Options.
- Scroll down to the Unique Field section and select a field that should be unique per submission (for example, an Employee ID, Vehicle ID, or Travel reference).
This way, if the same value is submitted again (for example, the same trip ID or inspection ID), the form will block the duplicate instead of counting another submission.
If you can share a bit more detail about what you saw when the multiple submissions happened (for example, whether users clicked Submit once or several times, or if it was from a specific device or browser), we can better understand what might have triggered the repeated submissions and suggest more targeted settings, such as:
- Using Unique Submission (based on cookies or IP) to limit how often a device can submit.
- Adjusting form logic or buttons if they can be triggered multiple times quickly.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

chuchoenvthe reason why we have exceeded the limit is why we need support - we have nit submitted too many forms - there is a glitch in the system that is auto submitting some forms several hundred time. Please advise the is urgent! or provide a phone number for lie human support.

Podo: Support SpecialistHi Chu,
You are welcome.
If anything changes with your submissions or you notice the same issue again on those inspection or travel forms, share a few details (which form, approximate time, and what the user saw), and we can look into more specific settings to protect them.
Reach out again if you need any other help.
