lassocieHi,
I translated all the fields on my form but when I switch the language to English, I end up with a mix langage form.
Can you help me sort this out?
Thank you

Podo: Support SpecialistHi lassocie,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
It sounds like some of the translations might not be fully set up, which can cause a mix of languages when you switch to English. Let me walk you through how to review and complete your translations so each language shows correctly:
1. Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. Click on Show More Options, scroll down to the Form Languages section, and click on Edit.
3. Check the Form Language dropdown and make sure your main language (for example, English) is correctly selected.
4. Under Translations, click on the language you added and review each field to confirm that every label, placeholder, and option is translated as you expect. Edit any text that still appears in the wrong language.
5. Click on the Form Warnings tab and look for any remaining texts (like validation messages or required field warnings) that may still be in another language, then edit them so they match the selected language.
6. Save your changes (they are usually saved automatically as you edit), then preview the form and switch between languages to confirm everything shows in only one language at a time.
If you still see mixed languages after checking all fields and Form Warnings, please share which specific fields stay in the wrong language (a screenshot helps), so we can look into those parts more closely.Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

lassocieall my fields are marked as translated, I'll wait for an agent. I don't need the warnings to be translated.

Anna JotForm SupportHi lassocie,
I cloned and tested your form, and I ran into the same issue. The good news is, there’s a quick fix. Here’s how:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. Then, click on Show More Options.
3. Next, scroll down a bit, and in the Form Languages section, click on Edit.4. Now, hover your mouse over the current language that was added and click on the Trash Can icon.5. Then in the Confirmation window, click on Yes, Delete.6. Next, click on Add language and in the Dropdowm menu that opens, select English (US).
Check out the screencast below for the result:
I also suggest Clearing Your Form Caches to refresh the status of your forms. Let's do this:
1. On your Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the Dropdown menu, click on Settings.

3. In the Settings menu, click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
