    Here’s how to cancel your subscription step by step:

    • Go to your Billing page here: Change plan (make sure you’re logged into the correct Jotform account).
    • On the My Plan section, look for your current paid plan.
    • Click the Change Plan or Downgrade option next to your current subscription.
    • Select the Starter (Free) plan from the list of available plans.
    • Follow the prompts to confirm the downgrade/cancellation of your paid subscription.
    • Once completed, your account will be scheduled to downgrade at the end of the current billing period (you’ll keep paid features until that date, then move to the Free limits).
