    Since clicking Download as PDF → Original PDF for FC SUMMARY results in nothing happening (no file, no error), here are a few supported ways and alternatives you can try to get the Original PDF with submission data and to narrow down the issue:

    1. Try downloading from Tables

    1. Go to your Workspace page.
    2. Switch the type to Tables and open the table for your FC SUMMARY form (View Table).
    3. Select one or more submissions using the checkboxes on the left.
    4. Click on Download in the upper-right corner.
    5. Choose Download as PDF.
      For Smart PDF Forms, this should download the Original PDF populated with the submission data, or send a download link to your email if there are many entries.

    2. Try downloading from Inbox again and watch for email link

    1. Open Jotform Inbox for your FC SUMMARY form.
    2. Select one or more entries.
    3. Click on Download, then Download as PDF → Original PDF.
    4. Check your account email inbox (and spam/junk) to see if a download link was sent, especially if you selected multiple entries.

    Hi alt21,

    I cloned and tested your form and had the same issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.
