Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Could you share the URL of the form in question so we can take a closer look? You can easily find your form's URL in Form Builder. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
- In the Quick Share tab, click on Copy Link in the Share With Link section.
If you can also share a quick screen recording of what’s happening, it’ll help us try to replicate the issue. You can upload it to Google Drive, Dropbox, or record with Loom and send us the link.Once you get back to us, we can take the next step toward solving this.

It is getting really bad. When I click on a field, the tag name has always just shown up in the Advanced Designer editor window. From time to time, it simply does not . Now, when I exit out the Advanced Designer, it removes my entire custom css. Thank goodness that I have a backup.

I checked the form you shared and I don't see any issues with the Rising Grade field. The text entered stays within the input field and does not extend beyond it. See the screenshot below.
The CSS you added are also being saved correctly on the form. See the screenshot below.
Can you explain a bit more about the issue so I can get a clearer idea of what’s happening?

stormingrobotsthhis is a sporadic issues using the Advanced Designer after its latest upgrade. I have never encountered this error until you have changed this Advanced Designer which apparently are using some AI tools for generation.
It will be good to allow us to choose the older version which has worked great ever since I used jotform since 201x.
