    HI,

Ever the jotform changed its advanced design environment -looks like using some AI tool, it has:

    • generated errorneous css
    • truncated my text from time to time
    • seconds delay for just text typing. - often I ended up typing over other text!

Since then, I have been trying to avoid using the advanced designed, but just the CSS editing diaglog box under "Style" along with notepad++ . This is REALLY A backwark performance on jotform's old excellent advanced designer tool!

Please talk to your deveopment group.. - can they allow customers the option to switch to the new or stay with old "Advanced Designer"???? It is really not usable at this point.

    Hi stormingrobots,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It appears that you don't prefer the current way of configuring CSS in the Form Builder. I suggest using our Advanced Form Designer instead. Here's how to access the Advanced Form Designer, and let me show you an example of how to use it:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Paint Roller icon on the right side of the page to open Form Designer.

    2. Then, under the Colors tab, click on Advanced Designer.

    3. Next, in Advanced Form Designer, click on the Downward Arrow icon next to Form Layout on the right side of the page.

    4. Now, under Form Layout, set the Form Width to 1200px and click on the Checkbox next to Enable Form Columns.

    5. After that, in the Dropdown menu, set the Number of Columns to 3.

    6. Then, once done, click on the Disc icon under the Jotform Logo in the top-left corner of the page to save the changes.

    7. Finally, hover your mouse over the Jotform Logo and click on the Encircled X icon (above the Disc icon) to go back to Form Builder.
