One of your advertisements came across a video I was watching on YouTube. I cannot believe that you guys are advertising a feature to make AI chatbots slower. Are you serious? The lady talking over everything, who let's be honest is probably also AI, says that it makes conversations more "natural." Your fucking customers don't want natural we want efficiency. We actually don't even want to talk to an AI most often. Genuinely, GO FUCK YOURSELVES.

However, that feature is optional and not intended to make chatbots slower by default.

In many use cases, such as support, lead qualification, and information retrieval, faster responses are often the preferred experience. In the AI Agent Builder, you can change the Chat Response Length to Minimalist or Short to ensure that responses are brief and to the point rather than lengthy and conversational.
