No worries — if canceling isn’t what you wanted, you can simply review or change your current Jotform plan instead of fully canceling it.

If you just want to change or downgrade your plan (without canceling your account) via the web:

    • Go to your Billing page here: Change plan.
    • Log in to your Jotform account if prompted.
    • Under My Plan, look for your current subscription details.
    • Click the Change Plan or Downgrade option (the exact label may vary depending on your current plan).
    • Review the available plans (including the Free plan) and choose the one that better fits what you’re looking for.
    • Confirm the change when prompted so the new plan will apply to your account.

If you actually do want to fully cancel your paid subscription and go back to Free, you can follow the full step-by-step guide here: How to cancel your Jotform subscription.

To make sure I guide you correctly, can you tell me what you were trying to do instead — downgrade to a cheaper plan, switch billing period, or just stop auto-renewal?

    Hi Lisa,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform. We'd like to help you with this, but we need a bit more detail to better understand the issue you're experiencing. Could you please confirm what exactly are you trying to cancel? (e.g. a form, submission, subscription, or action)

Once we have a bit more context, we'll be happy to investigate further and assist you right away.
