We have had multiple new clients with complaints that once they are done filling out their forms and try to submit either the form says "please wait" for an extremely long time then comes back with an error and clears out their entries or they are unable to submit all together.

Podo: Support SpecialistI’m sorry your clients are running into that—when the submit button stays on “Please wait…” and then errors out, it’s usually related to cache.
Please try these steps:
- Clear your form cache from your Jotform account, then test the form again. You can follow this guide: How to Clear Your Form Caches.
- Ask affected users to clear their browser cache and cookies.
- Have them try again using a different browser (e.g., Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) and, if possible, a different network connection.
If this still happens after those steps, please share the form URL and whether it’s embedded on a website so I can help you narrow down what’s causing the failed submissions and data loss.
