Payment Question - Invoices

Good Afternoon,

I work for a real estate management company. We are interested in using JotForm for our interest lists moving forward, however I noticed that it requests a credit card to be on file. We don't use credit cards for property level activities, and strongly prefer invoices so we can charge the properties appropriately.

Is it possible to be billed via emailed invoice for specific accounts? We would prefer monthly, as we don't need interest forms year-round. 

If there is a better solution you suggest, please let me know.
