Kyara_infoGreetings I have a form that is using conditional logic. I’ve tested it out many times using the preview form mode and it’s working flawlessly, but when the public is using it by clicking the link, the conditional logic is not working properly.

Podo: Support SpecialistHi Kyara,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
You can display questions based on selected answers in a few simple steps. Let me show first show you how to add the questions:
- In Form Builder, click on Add Element and drag-drop the fields you want to use as follow-up questions (I used Short Text fields in this example)
- Next, click on the Type a Question text and change it to the question you want to use.
Now, let's set up the conditions:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. Next, click on Conditions on the left of the page.
3. Now, click on Show/Hide Field to create your condition (if you already have a condition, first click on Add Condition and then click on Show/Hide Field).
4. Set the conditions like you see below and click on Save:

The condition is set to show the follow up questions when the user selects Yes. Check out the screencast below to see what happens when the condition is met or not met:

Joseph Christian JotForm SupportHi Kyara,
I checked your form and see that you have multiple conditions. Can you let us know which condition you're referring to so we can check and help you with a solution? You can also take a screenshot of it and send it to us. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:
1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.
2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.
3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.
4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.
5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.
That's it. Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
