Bethany_TranHello! We are brand new to Jotform and are trying to set up our first forms. We've unfortunately had a bunch of issues that were not easily resolved, but our latest is that the Save and Come Back feature is not sending the link to the email address provided in the form. We've looked in all of the settings and can't figure out what's wrong.

It’s easy to reset the Save and Continue Later email to its default settings, which can help if the email content or configuration was changed and is no longer sending correctly. Let me show you how:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. Next, on the Form Settings page, click on Show More Options.

3. Scroll down to Save and Continue Later, and click on Customize Save and Continue Later Email.

4. Then, click on Reset on the lower-left side of the editor.
5. In the window that pops up, click on Reset, and then click on Save Changes.
If the Save and Continue Later email is still not arriving after resetting it, please let us know whether this happens on all your forms or just one specific form, and whether you see any error when clicking Save on the live form; after we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
