Account Access and Payment Assistance After Program Director Departure

    Please assist as I am trying to pay for our account and to get access as previous program director is no longer with organization. Phone number is 210-322-9980. Thank you, Kerry

    Hi Kerry, we can definitely point you in the right direction to regain access and update the billing for your Jotform account.

    Since the previous program director is no longer with the organization, you’ll first want to recover or take ownership of the Jotform account that’s currently tied to your forms and subscription.

    Please follow these steps:

    • Go to the Jotform login page and try the “Forgot Password” option using any email addresses that may have been used by your organization (e.g., shared inbox, info@, programs@, etc.).
    • If you’re able to reset the password and log in, you can then update billing by:
      • Clicking your avatar/profile icon at the top-right.
      • Selecting Settings.
      • Going to the Billing tab on the left to view or update your My Plan and payment method.
    • If you don’t know the account email or can’t access it, please review this guide and follow the steps there to prove ownership and request access transfer: Recover Your Jotform Account.

    If you’re on Jotform Enterprise, you can also contact your Enterprise support team from within your Workspace:

    • In My Workspace, click Support at the top-right.
    • Click Support Request and submit the details about the old owner and your organization so the team can help update ownership and billing.

    Once you know which email the account is under and whether it’s a standard or Enterprise account, share that (but not any passwords or full card numbers), and I can guide you through the exact next steps to update payment and access.
