In Form Builder, open Form Designer, go to Form Color, and adjust the Alpha (A) value or set the form background to transparent, depending on how you want the form to appear when embedded in the app. - Use advanced or CSS-based transparency on the form
If you need more control, you can use Advanced Designer or inject custom CSS on the form to make the form background transparent or semi-transparent, which will then show whatever background you set in the app behind it.
However, none of the available documentation confirms a global “apply this transparency to all app pages” control or a change to that specific behavior, so I cannot state the reason for the difference you are seeing between before and now.

When I cloned and tested your App, I tried changing the page transparency setting, and the update was applied to all pages. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
The App Designer settings, such as page transparency, should apply to all pages instead of individual pages. It looks like this was a temporary issue, and it's now been fixed. Could you try changing your page transparency setting one more time and see if it now updates all pages as expected?If the issue persists, you can send us a short screen recording of the steps you’re taking, so it’ll help us take a closer look and pinpoint the issue. Unfortunately, it appears that the screenshots you've uploaded have been cut. You can share your screenshots here in this thread instead. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:
1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.
2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.
3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.
4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.
5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.
