Add “Show Timestamp on PDF” to Signature Field in Regular Forms

Good Day, I have the same issues but my Signature Settings don't have the toggle "Show timestamp on PDF". I only have the options of "Shrink" and "Hide"?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I tried replicating the issue on my demo form but wasn’t able to encounter the same issue. Take a look at the screenshot below:

To help us investigate further, can you share with us the Form URL in question so we can take a closer look?

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
2. In the Quick Share tab, click on Copy Link in the Share With Link section.

Once you share the form URL with us, we’ll be able to help you better with this.

I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same thing. When I looked at this, I found that the “Show timestamp on PDF” feature is only available on Smart PDF Forms. It only adds a timestamp to the original PDF that was uploaded and used to create the online form.

While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
