The link to my billings page is not working and I urgently need an invoice.

If the Billing page link isn’t working, please try these first:
- Try opening this direct link in a new tab or different browser: Billing on my account.
- Make sure you’re logged into the correct Jotform account (the one with the paid subscription).
- If possible, try an incognito/private window or another device/network to rule out a local issue.
Once you can access the page, here’s how to get your invoice:
- Go to your Account Settings and open the Billing/Upgrade page (or use this link: Billing on my account).
- Under the Invoices section, look for the list of your payments.
- Click the Download icon next to the invoice you need to save it as a PDF.
If you’re on a Starter/Free plan, you won’t see a separate Billing tab — you’ll need to use the Upgrade section instead to view plan and payment options.
If the link still doesn’t open at all, can you tell me:
- What browser and device you’re using?
- Whether you see an error message or a blank page? This will help me guide you with more specific steps.
