    Several of my Consent Form submissions are stuck saying "In Progress" even after I have approved them. It doesn't happen every time, just randomly, and I'm not sure why or what to do to move them to approved. Thanks for the help!

    It sounds like some of your submissions are not moving out of the approval flow properly after you approve them. One quick way to resolve stuck approval steps is to manually take over the step from Jotform Inbox and approve or deny it again so the workflow can complete.

    Let me walk you through it:

    1. Go to Jotform Inbox and select the specific submission that is stuck as In Progress from the list on the left side.
    2. Click on the Three Dots icon on the lower-right side of the page, then in the Dropdown menu, select Take Over.
    3. In the Take Over window, enter a short comment (for example, “Manually completing approval”) and then click on Approve (or Deny, depending on what you need) to push the submission to a completed state.

    If this keeps happening on the same step or approver, it would also be good to review that specific Approval element in your Approval Flow to see if there are any extra conditions or email delivery issues causing the step not to register as completed.
