    Hi John,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

From the information available, there is no specific setting documented that directly explains or fixes a blurred top section when scrolling in Jotform Apps. The only related option we have is about how forms are styled inside an app, not about scroll blur or motion effects.

Let me help you with that:

    1. Check if this is a general performance/scrolling issue
Since Jotform Apps run as Progressive Web Apps in the browser, visual issues like blurring or lag while scrolling can sometimes be related to browser or device rendering. Please try:
      • Opening your app link in a different browser (for example, Chrome vs. Safari vs. Edge).
      • Testing on a different device (another computer or phone) to see if the blur still appears.
      • Temporarily disabling any browser extensions that affect page appearance (ad blockers, dark mode, etc.).
    2. Check form styling behavior inside the app
If what you see as “blur” is actually the app applying a different style or overlay to the embedded form, there is a setting that forces the app to keep the form’s own design:
      1. Open App Builder for your app.
      2. Select the Form element in the app.
      3. Open Form Properties (the gear icon on the right).
      4. Enable the option to show the form and then check Use My Own Form Styles so the form keeps its original design instead of being restyled by the app.
    3. Check for general service performance
If the blur looks more like choppy or laggy scrolling, you can also check whether there is any ongoing performance issue on our side by visiting the Jotform Status page and confirming that all components are operational.

If the issue continues after trying different browsers/devices and adjusting the form style setting, then it is not covered by the available information, and we would need a human agent to review it more closely (for example, with screenshots or a screen recording).

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi John,

I understand, thanks for clarifying that it is happening on the app pages themselves, not inside forms.

From the information available, there is no documented setting or option that controls or explains a blur effect on the top part of Jotform App pages while scrolling. The only related controls we have are for things like page layout, header alignment, and form styling, and none of these mention or manage a scrolling blur or motion effect on pages.

Since this behavior is not covered by the available information, I don't know this information and our support team will handle your request.

Reach out again if you need any other help.

    Hi John,

I tested your form and had the same issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.
