How to Allow Collaborator to Access All Forms and Submissions?

My collaborator can only see the membership form. How can I change it so her email/login can see all the forms and the submissions?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. On standard Jotform plans (Starter, Bronze, Silver, Gold), there is only one login per account, so another person cannot log in and automatically see all forms under your account with their own separate login. To work with others, Jotform offers features that allow collaboration and sharing with other users.

You can let other users build or edit forms with you by using the Form Collaboration feature, which enables multiple users to work on the same form together.

Sharing the Collaboration link with your teammates is really easy. Let me show you how:

1. On the top-right side of the Form Builder page, click on Add Collaborators.
2. In the window that pops up, click on Copy Link and then just share that link with your teammates.

You can also easily share your Jotform Tables with others using the Share button. Let me show you how:

1. On your Jotform Submissions Table, click on the Share button on the top-right side of the page.
2. Click on Share Settings and set your Table’s privacy options.
3. Now, click on Go Back in the top-right corner of the panel and use the Generated Link or the Invite by Email feature to invite people.
