I would like to add an email address to whom the form gets sent upon submission. How do I do that?

    Hi Diana,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

You can easily add another recipient so your form submissions are sent to that email address. Let me walk you through it:

Option 1: Add the new email to your existing Notification Email

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
    2. Click on Emails in the menu on the left side of the page.
    3. Hover over the Notification Email and click on the Pencil icon to edit it.
    4. Go to the Recipients tab, then in the Recipient Email field, add the new email address (you can have multiple emails there, depending on your plan), and click on the Save button.

With this method, all recipients will see each other’s email addresses.

Option 2: Create a separate Notification Email for the new recipient

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
    2. Click on Emails in the menu on the left side of the page.
    3. Click on Add a New Email, then choose Notification.
    4. Go to the Recipients tab, remove the default email address, enter the new recipient’s email address, and click on the Save button.

With this method, each Notification Email goes to its own recipient, and they won’t see each other’s email addresses. Just keep in mind that Starter plan users can only have 1 Recipient Email, while Bronze, Silver, and Gold plan users can have up to 10 per Notification Email.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
